단순한 그래픽 적용을 넘어, 각 캐릭터의 개성을 전통적인 무드로 풀어낸 입체적인 피규어의 컨셉 기획과 3D 모델링, 그리고 실제 생산 과정을 주도했습니다. 투박한 전통 윷가락은 현대적이고 부드러운 폼팩터로 재해석했으며, 보드(윷판)와 플레이 카드, 한정판 패키지까지 전체 구성품이 시각적 통일성을 갖추도록 세밀하게 조율했습니다. 캐릭터 굿즈가 가지는 유쾌함에 산업 디자인의 구조적 완성도와 디테일을 더한 작업입니다.
A collaboration between korean traditional board game and global character IP.This project covers the entire process—from planning and design to mass production—of a holiday Yut-nori (traditional Korean board game) set utilizing the BT21 IP.Going beyond simple graphic applications, we led the 3D figure concept design and modeling to capture the unique personality of each character in a traditional mood, overseeing the actual manufacturing process. The traditional Yut sticks were reinterpreted into modern, soft form factors, and all design elements, including the board, play cards, and limited-edition packaging, were carefully coordinated to achieve visual unity.A project that adds the refinement of product design to the playfulness of character goods.
