The multiple holes distributed across the surface are not decorative elements, but function as a canvas for personal expression. Users can insert various Sticons into each hole, freely customizing the product according to their preferences. Each sticon is designed with a screw-based structure made of plastic (nylon), enabling easy attachment and detachment while maintaining stable fixation.
In this project, We are responsible for the initial product design and structural development, establishing a system that could be expanded across multiple product categories.
Key elements such as hole spacing, size standards, and fastening mechanisms were carefully defined to support long-term platform scalability. Rather than a single finished product, Coller was designed as an evolving system — one that grows through user interaction and continuous customization.
Coller는 사용자가 직접 조합하고 완성할 수 있는 모듈형 플랫폼 제품을 목표로 기획된 브랜드입니다.
제품 표면에 적용된 다수의 홀(Hole) 구조는 단순한 장식 요소가 아닌, 사용자의 취향과 개성을 자유롭게 표현할 수 있는 ‘캔버스’의 역할을 수행합니다. 각 홀에는 나사 구조 방식으로 설계된 스티콘(Sticon)을 결합할 수 있으며, 사용자는 다양한 형태와 컬러의 참을 조합해 자신만의 제품으로 커스터마이징할 수 있습니다. 스티콘은 플라스틱(나일론) 소재의 스크류 구조로 개발되어 쉽게 탈·부착이 가능하면서도 안정적인 고정력을 유지하도록 설계되었습니다.
초기 제품 디자인과 구조 개발을 담당하였으며, 이후 다양한 아이템으로 확장 가능한 플랫폼 형태로 발전할 수 있도록
홀 간격, 규격, 체결 방식 등 핵심 구조를 표준화하는 데 중점을 두었습니다. Coller는 완성된 하나의 제품이 아니라, 사용자 참여를 통해 계속 변화하고 확장되는 제품 시스템으로 설계되었습니다.
